Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounting professional to oversee all financial and accounting activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, managing financial reporting and analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and patterns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (Tally)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, payroll, and tax compliance
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analysis
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements
  • Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure the successful completion of all financial and accounting activities
  • Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop and implement financial plans and projections
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures to improve financial performance and efficiency
