OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Drivers andOwner Operator Driver to join our team. This role is essential for transporting freight safely and also helping members with batteries testing, batteries installation, lock-outs, gas, and changing spare tire on and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for managing your own vehicle and ensuring timely deliveries, while also adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license (DL) 25+ with a clean driving record.
  • Driver abstract
  • Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of transportation.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair to perform basic maintenance on your vehicle.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain your own commercial vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Transport batteries and tools to various locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery or services and any issues that may arise.
  • Handle loading and unloading of batteries as necessary, utilizing equipment such as tools and jack when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing transportation operations.
