Job Summary A Cabana Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and coordination of cabana or private lounge services at a beach or recreational facility at one or more Carnival Corporation owned and operated global destination. This role involves assisting with setup, maintenance, and organization of cabanas or designated guest areas, ensuring they are clean, well-equipped, and ready for use. The Supervisor acts as a primary point of contact for guest needs in these areas, responding promptly to requests, providing personalized service, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Cabana Concierge Supervisor supports the Cabana Services Manager by liaising with other operational teams, coordinating resources, and helping manage staff schedules and performance. By maintaining smooth operations and attention to detail, this role contributes to a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable guest experience. Key Accountabilities / Job Functions 1. Operation & Guest Support Assist with scheduling and coordination of all cabana attendants or private lounge staff. Supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Conduct daily inspections of cabana or guest lounge facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness. Monitor guest engagement and activities in the cabana areas. Greet guests and escort them to assigned cabanas promptly. Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints, escalating to management as needed. 2. Compliance & Quality Control Uphold environmental policies, health and safety procedures, and company standards. Promote a safe work environment and ensure team compliance with safety competencies and policies. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Apply hospitality standards consistently in guest and staff interactions. Follow all safety regulations and company or environmental policies relevant to the position. 3. Reporting & Maintenance Maintain accurate work logs and report operational or safety issues to management. Assist in the management, maintenance, and proper use of all cabana or lounge equipment. Report repairs needed in assigned areas, particularly safety-related issues, and follow up with management. Notify management promptly of any guest-related challenges or operational concerns. 4. Additional Support & Collaboration Assist the Guest Experience Manager or Cabana Services Manager with special projects, tasks, or operational support as requested. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth cabana operations and guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.
