Position Summary We are seeking energetic, service-driven Cabana Servers to join our poolside Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service to members and guests in a fast-paced, outdoor setting while upholding the club’s high service standards. Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver orders promptly to cabanas and poolside seating Provide attentive, proactive service to ensure member satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and cabana areas Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines Process member charges accurately using POS system Complete opening, closing, and side work duties Requirements Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Comfortable working in warm weather conditions Weekend and holiday availability required Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs Why Join Our Team? Responsibilities
