Description JOB SUMMARY: The Cabana Snack Bar Attendant provides friendly and efficient poolside service to club members and guests. This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized snack bar and pool area, and delivering an exceptional member experience while complying with all state and local regulations. This is a seasonal position beginning Memorial Day weekend and ending Labor Day weekend. Open Memorial Day weekend Saturdays and Sundays only through Mid-June Full operating schedule (days, evenings, and weekends) from Mid-June through Labor Day weekend Pool Hours: Saturday – Thursday 10:30AM – 7:00PM & Friday 10:30AM – 8:00PM Candidates must be available to work the entire season. One pre-approved week off for vacation may be granted. Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour Duties/Responsibilities: Attend and participate in all required training sessions and team meetings Maintain positive and professional working relationships with team members and guests Perform assigned opening and closing duties Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the club POS system Prepare light food items following standard recipes and portion guidelines Serve food and beverages in accordance with presentation standards Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and snack bar area Properly store food products in designated storage areas Restock inventory and supplies as needed Follow all safe and sanitary food handling procedures Clean and secure the snack bar area according to established procedures Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Promptly report any issues, concerns, or equipment problems to management Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license (required to transport food items via golf cart) Must be authorized to work in the United States RAMP certification or ability to obtain certification is a plus Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, guest relations, and service etiquette Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and occasional special events Consistent and reliable attendance Professional appearance; must arrive in full uniform and ready to work Commitment to proper handwashing and food safety standards Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and carrying Ability to lift to 25 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance Ability to perform moderate to somewhat strenuous physical activity daily May be exposed to moderate noise levels
