You’ll work closely with Trainers, Checkers, and operational leaders to ensure our Cabin Crew meet the highest safety and service standards.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a strong background in aviation operations and training, and enjoy leading and developing others - this role will keep you challenged and engaged every day.

You’ll shine in this role if you have:

  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead Trainers and Checkers.
  • Extensive experience in aviation operations, with a deep understanding of regulations and compliance.
  • Previous experience as a Cabin Crew Line Trainer and/or Checker within a high-capacity airline.
  • Considerable experience in the development and implementation of training courseware.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in giving feedback and managing performance.
  • The ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel, video editing for training materials, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs – including being contactable outside normal business hours to provide support to Trainers and Checkers

To step into this role, you’ll bring:

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar position.
  • A track record of developing and delivering training courses and assessments.
  • The ability to maintain and update trainer/checker guidance materials and courseware.
  • A focus on continual improvement in training methods and outcomes.
  • Confidence to provide phone and in-person support, feedback, and coaching to Cabin Crew Trainers and Checkers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and best practice in training delivery
