We are seeking two exceptional Flight Attendants to share a flexible schedule, delivering unparalleled service to the aircraft owner and their family. You’ll travel to stunning global destinations, work with a supportive and dynamic team, and have the resources to meet our high standards of excellence. This position is commutable, provided candidates have reliable access to major airline service and live within a reasonable distance, as determined by the company. Responsibilities Exercise a high level of discretion to protect the privacy of the aircraft owner and their guests. Deliver world-class service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety during flights. Plan, prepare, and serve gourmet meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences. Anticipate and exceed passenger needs, fostering strong relationships. Maintain the aircraft cabin and hangar with meticulous organization, stocking inventory, and ensuring a pristine, welcoming environment. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to coordinate operational and logistical needs. Develop and foster beneficial relationships with third-party vendors (caterers, chefs, suppliers). Actively participate in ACI Jet’s Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) to uphold safety and service standards. Requirements Must have a valid US Passport and drivers license as well as have the authorization to work in The United States. Culinary background or formal culinary training. Prior flight attendant or cabin server experience on large-cabin business jets (e.g., Bombardier, Gulfstream). 3-5 years of high-end customer service experience. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. High School Diploma or equivalent. Flexible availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts, with the ability to travel on short notice. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a professional yet approachable demeanor. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G Suite. Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (sitting, bending, standing) for extended periods. Compensation & Benefits This is a commutable position, with some restrictions. Competitive salary with per diem.
