POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Seeking a reliable and responsible full time Cabinet Delivery Driver.
  • Essential role in delivering high-quality cabinetry and millwork products to project sites.
  • Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling heavy and delicate items with care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or driving large vehicles is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of local geography and ability to plan efficient delivery routes.

Responsibilities
  • Stage and organize finished products - example, cabinets, countertops, hardware
  • Pack and label items to ensure accurate delivery
  • Keep staging area clean and organized
  • Safely transport and deliver cabinetry and millwork products to commercial project sites.
  • Ensure deliveries are on time, accurately recorded, and in correct rooms/locations.
  • Maintain delivery vehicle in good working condition—clean and properly loaded for transport.
  • Assist in loading/unloading cabinetry items, ensuring safe handling to prevent damage.
  • Provide excellent customer service during delivery process.
  • Communicate effectively with production manager, site managers and installation crew regarding schedules, issues, or changes.
  • Assist with general warehouse / shop tasks as needed
  • Follow safety regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures.
