The Career Foundation is seeking a full-time Cabinet Design Sales Representative for our employer partner’s Home Renovation Showroom located in Mississauga.

• Job Location: Shawson Dr, Mississauga, ON
• Major Intersection: Highway 401 West and Dixie Road
• Job Type: Full-time, permanent
• Base Salary: $20/hour (negotiable based on experience) plus commission.
• Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of cabinet design/sales, interior design, or related sales experience
• Post-secondary diploma in interior design, architectural design, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design software
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and interior layout
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin and Cantonese are strong assets)
• Ability to interpret drawings/specifications and manage multiple client projects
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Cabinetry: 1 year (required)
• High-end sales: 1 year (required)
• Client Account Management: 1 year (required)
• 20/20 Design Software: 1 year (required

• Provide exceptional customer service through design consultations and sales support
• Meet with clients and create preliminary and finalized cabinet design plans
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contract documentation
• Recommend product options tailored to client needs and budget
• Use 20/20 Design software to develop and present layouts
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the design and installation process
• Manage the entire sales workflow, from consultation to order submission
