Description

Description We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our cabinet door manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for driving production output, improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager. Requirements Job Functions: Lead daily production across all door lines (5-piece, mortise & tenon miter, slab) Ensure orders are produced on time and meet quality standards Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow and throughput Reduce scrap, rework, and production errors Train, coach, and hold team members accountable Standardize processes and eliminate inefficiencies Partner closely with Customer Service on scheduling and order priorities Communicate production status, constraints, and capacity clearly Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 5+ years in cabinet, door, or woodworking manufacturing Proven experience managing production teams Strong understanding of wood door construction and CNC processes Experience improving production efficiency and reducing waste Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Lean manufacturing / Kaizen experience is a plus Benefits & Schedule Health Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) and 401(k) matching Paid Time Off Day Shift 8-10 hour shifts Needs to be able to work occasional Saturdays if asked to do so
