Description Cabinet Installer – Apartment Renovations Team Point Real Estate Management is growing our apartment renovation team and looking for a skilled Cabinet Installer to join us on multi-unit remodel projects. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who takes pride in clean installs and quality finishes. What You’ll Do Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets in vacant apartment units that are undergoing renovations Read layouts, plans, and measurements accurately Ensure cabinets are level, secure, and professionally finished Work closely with project managers, maintenance staff, and other trades Maintain a clean and safe job site during renovations Troubleshoot and adjust installs as needed to meet property standards What We’re Looking For Proven experience installing residential or multi-family cabinets Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools Ability to lift cabinets and work on your feet throughout the day Renovation, apartment, or property management experience is a plus What We Offer Steady renovation work (not seasonal) Competitive pay based on experience Consistent projects across multiple properties Supportive team environment with clear expectations Opportunity for long-term growth as our renovation portfolio expands Employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance within 30 days of hire and 401(k) with match after one month of service!
