As a Valley Cabinet team member, you’ll enjoy: * Full Benefit Package - Health, Dental, Vision & Life * Career Growth & Opportunities for Advancement  * Continual Pay Rate Increases 1st Year of Employment   * Bonuses, Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Off  * 401(k) + Company Contribution  * Onsite Nurse  Additional Pay Opportunities:  Pay raise opportunity at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment Work Schedules: Schedules will vary based on workload 1st Shift: Monday--Thursday: 6:00am -- 3:00pm & Friday: 6:00am -- Noon  VALLEY CABINET Job Title:  Cabinet Installer  Work Location: De Pere Location  Division/Department: Installation Department  Reports To:  Installation Department Manager Full-time Nonexempt  Position Summary:  Provide the highest level of installation standards while maintaining a professional attitude with the utmost respect for the customer’s property.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  * Complete cabinet installation from start to finish with confidence in accordance with Valley Cabinet’s standard operating procedures * Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork * Load and unload trucks * Travel to job sites and install various size cabinetry fixtures, moldings, and hardware using carpentry tools and wood working machines * Measure and mark for product installation * Trim, cut, fill, seal, and level during installation * Perform various hanging, adjusting, and fastening tasks to complete installation work * Carrying and raise cabinets and materials, overhead or floor level work. * Safely operate various pieces of equipment and tools * Other duties as assigned    Characteristics and Attributes: * Well-organized, highly motivated, with the ability to multitask and work independently.  * Must be capable of working in a team environment and show demonstrated leadership capabilities. * Organizes work in a logical way, seeks support as needed in analyzing a situation or making a decision.   * Thoroughness and attention to detail in completing work. * Self-motivated, independent, and tenacious individual who performs effectively under conditions of demanding workload and change.  * Willingness to take responsibility for decision making and to seek support when needed. * Ability to maintain and promote professionalism and company values at all times.  Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:   * High school diploma or equivalent.  * Minimum two to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.  * Strong communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English. * Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.  Physical Requirements:  Ability to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following: * Sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms. * Moving, bending, standing, kneeling, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds.  * Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing, pinching, fine motor dexterity. * Work for extended periods of time at a workstation on a computer or similar device.  * Exposure to high noise levels and requires wearing hearing protection in designated areas. * Exposure to plant environment to include moving parts, fumes, dust.
