JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves crafting custom cabinets, performing installations, and ensuring high-quality finishes. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with clients and other tradespeople to deliver exceptional results on various projects.

• Duties
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications
• Construct cabinets using various materials, ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship
• Perform cabinet installation at client locations, ensuring proper fit and finish
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
• Conduct restoration work on existing cabinetry as needed
• Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, masonry, and flooring installation to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
• Assist in construction estimating for projects to ensure accurate budgeting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics
• Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques and restoration processes
• Experience with heavy lifting and operating various hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, siding, roofing, rebar installation, tile laying, and flooring installation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and maintenance person experience is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
