SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Shopfitting or Joinery
• ’Supervisor License’ would be highly regarded
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a factory or workshop environment
• Proven experience operating flatbed CNC machines
• Experience in cabinetry installation at customer premises.
• Familiarity with joinery software (e.g. Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid Driver’s License and White Card
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker, Shopfitter / Joiner to join our workshop team. You’ll be hands-on in the production of custom joinery, operating machinery, and working closely with our design and installation team to deliver precision-built solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery components to specification
• Interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment daily
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Assist with occasional on-site installations as required
