JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of cabinet making, from start to finish—not just assembly. This role requires an eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the flexibility to learn and adapt to our custom techniques and designs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in cabinet making.
- Experience working with sheet goods, wood veneer, laminates, melamine, and prefinished products.
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a positive, proactive, and collaborative work environment.
- Goal- and results-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine dimensions, cutouts, and material quantities.
- Verify dimensions, pre-assemble components, and ensure pieces meet quality specifications.
- Match materials for color, grain, and texture while paying attention to the unique features of the wood.
- Fabricate, assemble, fit, and prepare cabinetry for the finishing station.
- Operate hand and power tools, including commercial drills, cabinet saws, routers, and clamps, with competence and safety.
- Maintain personal and work area cleanliness to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Apply knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality control to maximize efficiency and product excellence.
- Maintain equipment by performing scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Follow all quality, safety, and security policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
