JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to fabricate and assemble high-quality cabinets and furniture. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for producing custom cabinetry that meets our clients’ specifications while ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

• Fabricate and assemble cabinets, furniture, and other wood products according to design specifications.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and join materials.
• Perform joinery techniques to create strong and precise connections between pieces of wood.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards for craftsmanship and durability.
• Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with heavy lifting during the installation of cabinets in various settings.
• Proven experience in cabinet making or a similar woodworking role is essential.
• Strong skills in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, and the use of hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
