Cabinet Manufacturing & Finishing Technician   Position Summary: The Cabinet Manufacturing & Finishing Technician is responsible for producing, modifying, and finishing cabinet components in both small- and large-batch production environments. This role involves operating CNC machinery as well as large-scale commercial painting equipment and spray booths, while following established work instructions and quality standards.   Primary Responsibilities: * Operate CNC machinery to produce parts in accordance with specifications and work instructions. * Operate painting equipment, including proper surface preparation, application, and cleanup. * Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and painting equipment. * Ensure all manufactured and finished products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Safely operate all assigned equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures. * Participate in required meetings and training sessions. * Perform additional duties as assigned   Required Education & Skills: * Previous experience in cabinet construction and/or finishing preferred. * Experience operating CNC machinery preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required
