JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Cabinet Sales + Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate directly with clients, review interior designer (ID) drawings, and prepare accurate quotes for residential and multi-family projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while providing professional guidance to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience required (cabinetry, residential/multi-family projects, or related fields)
• Proficiency in interpreting ID drawings and attention to design details required
• Able to work independently and provide professional client guidance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in quote preparation
• Additional experience in cabinetry, construction, or interior design is an asset

• Assess customer needs and provide tailored cabinet solutions
• Review ID drawings and incorporate all design details
• Advise customers on design options, finishes, and materials
• Prepare accurate and professional quotes for residential and multi-family projects
• Manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
