Your Mission: As a Field Service Manager, you’ll be trusted to deliver flawless adjustments, solve problems in the field, and make the new homeowners smile when they see their new kitchen. Primary Duties & Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing: Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories. Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes. Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs. Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines. Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.
