POSITION SUMMARY

Join our Cabinet Shop at Jet Aviation, to contribute to the creation of innovative interior designs for luxury aircraft, which are as functional as they are elegant. The cabinet maker team’s journey is to manufacture monuments, whether new parts or to refurbish monuments, as per the design and engineering requirements. Finishes integration and covering with the finest materials is then carried out before going to the finishing shop. As a GAC Cabinet Shop Manager for our Cabinet Shop, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of skilled production technicians, guiding them in creating and assembling monuments with precision and excellence. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills with capability to guide up to 6-8 employees.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in aviation industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of aviation documentation and production processes (Part 21G 21J – 145 regulations).
  • Ability to read & understand Engineering data (drawings & processes).
  • Proactive, highly flexible, ability to work and stay calm under pressure., and self-motivated team player.
  • Fluency in English, minimum C1 (C2 preferred) / with ability to read and understand maintenance tasks in English manuals.
