Description
Description About United Finishes At United Finishes (UNF), craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. As part of the Artisan Design Group (ADG) — one of the nation’s leading interior finishings companies — we deliver quality cabinetry, flooring, and design solutions to homebuilders and homeowners nationwide. Our team thrives on precision, teamwork, and pride in delivering products that make every space feel like home. The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Cabinet Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our cabinet warehouse and ensure materials flow seamlessly from inventory to installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership through action — managing warehouse processes, supporting a small team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that every shipment meets the high standards of UNF. What You’ll Do Oversee warehouse operations for cabinetry materials — from receiving and inventory control to order fulfillment and dispatch. Lead and coach warehouse associates to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals. Perform regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records in company systems. Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination for cabinet deliveries and returns. Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries. Implement and improve storage solutions and space utilization within the warehouse. Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards. Support assembly and production workflows as needed to keep projects on schedule. Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Requirements What You’ll Bring 3+ years of warehouse or operations experience, preferably in cabinetry, millwork, or construction materials. 1+ year of leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, or similar). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Why You’ll Love Working Here Join a growing, respected brand within the ADG family of companies. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your leadership makes a daily impact. Enjoy hands-on work and opportunities to advance into operations or logistics management. Be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and respect.
