  Position Summary:    Assembles Cabinets to required specifications timely and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.    Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:  * Assemble Cabinets to efficiency and quality standards.  * Inspect cabinets prior to sending down line.  * Ability to use hand tools.  * Basic reading and math skills necessary to follow operation procedures.  * Maintain a clean work area.  * Accountable for attendance, efficiency, and work quality.  * Other tasks as requested.  * Ensures compliance to quality, 6S, and OSHA programs; assures conformity to all company and customer.    Working Conditions/Environment:    Works primarily in a warehouse environment where the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, walk, reach, grasp and bend while moving about their workstation and facility.   May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.  The employee may periodically be exposed to non-ambient temperatures, odors or dust. All required PPE must be worn at all times while in the warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.    Qualification Requirements:  * 1-3 years assembly experience preferred  * Basic reading and math skills required  * Previous hand tool experience.  * Dependability  * Good communication skills  * Team Player  * Customer focused    Supervisory Responsibility:  None.
