POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Kitchen Cabinetry & Renovation Designer, you will work closely with clients to create custom kitchen, bathroom, and renovation designs that reflect their style, needs, and budget. You will manage the design process from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys both design and sales, with the ability to earn commission on top of a base salary.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or cabinetry sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or similar CAD/design software.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, finishes, and renovation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, understanding their vision and needs.
• Design custom kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinetry layouts using design software (e.g., 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Provide professional design consultations, measurements, and quotations.
• Present material, finish, and hardware options to clients.
• Collaborate with installers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project accuracy and timelines.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including drawings, renderings, and specifications.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and installation process to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through excellent design and customer service.
