As a Cable Technician at Moldcable, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting cable and telecommunications systems to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Your role is essential in delivering reliable and high-speed internet, cable TV, and voice services. You will work both independently and as part of a team to complete the following responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and social security card;
  • Have a white minivan or pick-up truck/Not mandatory;
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions;
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner;

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cable and internet connectivity issues, identifying and repairing faults in the network or customer premises equipment.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing guidance on service options, explaining billing, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls, as well as update customer accounts and service tickets as required.
  • Training: Stay current with the latest technology and industry trends through ongoing training to provide the best possible service to customers.
