As a Cable Jointer, you will be instrumental in delivering safe and efficient upgrades to the electrical distribution network across Western Australia. This role involves working on both metropolitan and regional projects, contributing to the reliability and resilience of critical infrastructure. You’ll be part of a team focused on quality, safety, and timely execution of field operations. Key Responsibilities Execute planned customer projects, including low-voltage (LV) cable and pillar terminations, high-voltage (HV) switchgear connections, installation of pad-mounted transformers, and streetlight and pit terminations Support critical network enhancement initiatives such as feeder reinforcements and transformer upgrades to improve system capacity and reliability. Contribute to the delivery of network resilience programs across both Metro and Regional WA Collaborate on infrastructure improvement projects throughout Metro and Regional WA, ensuring consistent service quality and reliability Ensure all field activities are conducted in accordance with safety, quality, and compliance standards What’s in it for you Ventia offers more than just a job—we provide a career pathway with genuine rewards and flexibility.
