Cable Technician (Full Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Cable Technician to join our team and play a critical role in the installation of Category 6, 6a and Fiber optics low voltage cabling. The role will not only be involved in cabling but also installation of network and server Cabinets, TVs, wireless access points, UPSes, and speaker systems.
The ideal candidate will have the certification to use Areial and scissor lifts as well as ladders.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Installation and troubleshooting of cabling
  • Working in a variety of environments including office space, manufacturing plants, and warehouses
  • Mounting wallboards and network cabinets
  • Certifying copper and fiber cables
  • Operating lifts

EDUCATION

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field installing cabling.
