JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Instrumentation /Cables and Wiring Harnesses Engineer to develop, supervise fabrication, validate, and deploy high voltage cables and low voltage wiring harnesses for EV battery pack testing

• Will be responsible for creating new or the rework on existing cabling and wiring harness diagrams, drawings, cut sheets and interconnection diagrams; specifying cable and wire types and sizes, supervising the inhouse build and/or outsourced fabrication, validating the cables and wirings, and ensuring them meet functional, quality and safety requirements. The role needs to collaborate with battery pack test team to ensure all cables, wirings and interface connectors are ready and robust during the test equipment commissioning stage and lab full operation.
• Requirements:
  Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  · Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product testing in laboratory or manufacturing environments, cabling and wiring experience
  Experience with high voltage, high power system and cabling; familiar with electrical codes and safety requirements
  Experience in automotive wiring design and / or manufacturing
