Description

Needs assessment and implementation of user-oriented training courses
Configuration of the system in the context of the corresponding service through the use of configurable components, modification of objects within the framework of the respective data model (authorizations, lifecycle definitions, trigger programs, types, policies, relations, commands, menus, tables, roles, groups and other objects) from the perspective of solution administration.
Support in implementing quality assurance measures
Implementation of improvement suggestions as well as implementation of process changes within the scope of the assigned activities
Support for internal and external colleagues (m/f/d)
Taking on individual tasks in the area of project planning
Handling the IT tasks that arise in day-to-day business
Participation in and support of data backup
Support in the development of IT infrastructure
