ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA manufactures specialized, high-precision parts and assemblies for a variety of industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and packaging.  ZELTWANGER is an innovative, expanding group of companies with an excellent name in the fields of manufacturing services, automation, robotics, material handling, and leak testing. We are seeking a full-time CAD/CAM Programmer with prior experience programming for CNC machines. What you will do: * Create CNC programs at external workstations using CAD/CAM-programming systems.  * Responsible for the CAM programming of 5-axis CNC milling and CNC-Mill-Turning machines for high precision machine parts, prototypes, spare parts and series parts. * Create work documents such as the tool list and the CAD drawing. * Program parts to meet customer specifications.  In the event the customer does not provide digital data, the CAD/CAM Associate should take necessary steps to verify parts meet customer requirements. * Coach the CNC Operators regarding machine setup, tools, and machining parameters.  Also use feedback from CNC Operators to incorporate into the programming. * Discuss programming, design, material, or process issues with customers. * Support continuous improvement of manufacturing by efficient use of materials and tools.   Your profile:  * CAD/CAM programming experience required.  Mastercam experience preferred. * Professional experience in manufacturing * Ability to read complex customer drawings * Verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and very close attention to detail. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Supervisory and leadership skills.   What we offer: * Competitive salary based upon experience. * Generous employer contributions to Medical Insurance; Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance; Short and Long-Term Disability benefits; as well as access to other supplemental policies. * 401(k) Retirement Plan with an Employer Match * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
