JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and innovative designs using various CAD software tools. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles and the ability to produce high-quality schematics and drafting documents. The CAD Designer will collaborate with the lead designer and project managers to ensure that designs meet project specifications and standards. Sketchup is required to illustrate concepts and design.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and MicroStation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of CAD principles, drafting techniques, and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to create detailed schematics and technical drawings with accuracy.
  • Experience in 2D animation is a plus for visual presentations of designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
