Description

Malin is looking for a CAD Designer to join our Systems department. You'll partner with two other CAD designers and work with sales, engineers and project managers to design drafts for supply chain and warehouse operations. This position is located in the bustling town of Addison, TX, not far from the Dallas North Tollway and 635. You will responsible for creating 2D drawings for material handling designs including (but not limited to): mezzanines, conveyors, controllers & sensors, sorting systems and warehouse management systems & controls. The ideal candidate will have: * High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D * CAD certification and at least 2 years of experience drafting * Knowledge of drawings from schematics to full contract and specifications * MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency * Customer Service, Technical Design, Communication (verbal and graphic), Organized, Detail-Oriented * Material handling design experience preferred Why apply? * Hard-to-beat hourly rate and compensated for on-call * Monday-Friday work week - occasional weekend on-call rotation (but it's VERY occasional), business hours * Centrally located in Addison, TX with great restaurants * Casual Friday with Jeans Fun in the Sun, Octoberfest, Lunch 'n Learns, Salsa contests, Ice Cream Trucks, Chick-fil-A days, holiday events and more You'll also receive... * Full benefits package * 401k with company matching * Holidays and Paid Time Off
