Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level CAD Designer to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a CAD Designer at MRA, you’ll be an essential part of our builder services team, supporting a variety of residential and commercial projects. You’ll work closely with our engineers and project managers to help design and develop plans for:

• Roadway layouts
• Utility systems (water, sewer, storm drain)
• Stormwater management solutions
• Site grading and erosion control strategies

We’re seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn!

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma (formal CAD training or relevant coursework is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with recent versions of AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail
