JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CAD Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and drafting, with a focus on creating detailed drawings and schematics for various construction and mechanical projects. This role requires proficiency in multiple CAD software applications and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
• Experience in drafting and construction documentation is required.
• Familiarity with mechanical design principles and practices is preferred.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
• Create accurate schematics and construction drawings based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project specifications and design intent.
• Background in trade show design a plus
• Perform mechanical design tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of designs to identify potential issues or improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.
• Assist in the preparation of project presentations, including 2D animations when necessary.
