REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, ITE certification, BCA qualification, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or BIM modelling.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
  • Experience in drafting for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Fire Protection Services.
  • Familiarity with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Code of Practice.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and rendering tools such as Enscape or 3ds Max is a plus.
  • Exposure to Data Centre projects is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing site and design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, and clients.
  • Certification in CAD/BIM software.
  • Prior experience in Singapore-based construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Create precise CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
  • Support design coordination by developing, editing, and updating CAD drawings and BIM models.
  • Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings, including accurate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) in both 2D and 3D formats.
  • Interpret electrical trade requirements to produce layout drawings and single-line diagrams.
  • Deliver high-quality AutoCAD/BIM outputs within project timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare proposal, shop, and as-built drawings across all project stages.
  • Develop coordination drawings to integrate architectural, structural, M&E, and other disciplines.
  • Conduct clash detection and collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts.
  • Perform site surveys and inspections to verify drawing accuracy and address discrepancies.
  • Participate in contractor meetings, communicating design changes and new requirements to engineers.
  • Review contractor and vendor design submissions for compliance with project standards.
  • Finalize as-built drawings for inclusion in Operations & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and consultants to refine and update as-built documentation.
