We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support our mechanical and electrical engineering team in preparing drawings and documentation for building projects. This is a part-time remote position with flexible working hours, ideal for someone looking to contribute to high-quality design work while maintaining a flexible schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Revit is an asset)
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems in buildings (residential, commercial, or institutional)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills

• Prepare and modify CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical building systems (HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret design intent and translate into accurate technical drawings
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure consistency across project documentation
• Assist with as-built drawings and revisions
• Occasionally conduct site visits (if available and required)
