JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structures and be proficient in Revit software application. The CAD Drafter will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Revit.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lakewood, CO 8022

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit.
• Create accurate plan layouts and details for structural buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
• Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback from engineers.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for future reference.
