Job Summary The CAD Drafter 1 will support NTS Engineering and process facilities with sustainable CAD drafting and drawing/design management activities, along with supporting engineering project needs across the company. Key Responsibilities * Work with Engineers and Salesmen to develop basic engineering plans and Sales drawings. * Prepare drawings from rough sketches, notes, marked-up prints, written/verbal instructions with CAD, and other design software. * Translate existing plans into NTS formats * Develop new drawing methods/processes. Knowledge and Skills * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT. * Basic knowledge of all NTS equipment. * Proficient in researching the current state of CAD practice. * Basic knowledge of the OSHA and applicable state and local requirements relative to Trench and Excavation Shoring and Shielding. Qualifications 1. High School Diploma: associate/technical degree preferred. 2. Minimum (1) one year's experience as a CAD drafter.

Responsibilities

The CAD Drafter supports engineering and process facilities by developing basic engineering plans and sales drawings. They are responsible for translating sketches and notes into formal CAD formats and developing new drawing processes.
