Summary
CAD Drafter uses computer aided designs (CAD) mechanical software to create technical drawings according to Riviera Bronze customer specifications.
Essential Functions
· Generates detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD mechanical software based on rough sketches, verbal instructions, or design specifications in 2D/3D
· Works closely with Sr. CAD Manager to ensure designs align with project requirements
· Revises and updates drawings based on feedback, changes in design, or project requirements
· Maintains organized archives of drawings and related documents
· Ensures that all drawings are accurate and complete
Competencies
· Technical Capacity – Proficient use of AutoCAD mechanical software and Microsoft Office.
· Problem Solving/Analysis – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CAD challenges effectively.
· Collaboration Skills – Demonstrates teamwork and flexibility in assisting other departments and supporting company-wide goals.
· Professionalism – Maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with fellow employees.
· Education – Certificate in AutoCAD (preferred)
· Experience – 2 to 4 years of experience in AutoCAD
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
