ARCHITECTURAL CAD DRAFTSMAN

CAD Draftsman will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings. This role combines both architectural design requiring proficiency in drafting and detailing -shop drawings and as-built drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman (Architecture), ideally with contractor experience in the construction industry.
• Expertise in producing accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction and manufacturing projects.
• Expertise in preparing Blockwork Tiling Ceilings, Door, Details ,Curtain Walls and Documentation etc.
• Ability to prepare and revise shop drawings at all stages of the project.
• Capable of producing detailed as-built drawings based on completed installations, including any modifications made subsequently.
• Proficient in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in all drawings.

• Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that drawings align with design intent, project specifications, and incorporate any design changes.
• Keep thorough records of all project drawings and revisions.
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools to develop and maintain accurate 2D and 3D models.
