Herbst Homes is currently looking to add a CAD draftsman to its team! Responsibilities will range from drafting floor plans to creating custom details, laying out subdivision designs, and preparing plan sets. The ideal candidate will possess experience in drafting with AutoCAD, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:

· High organizational skills
· Ability to work well with company personnel and its affiliates, showing courtesy and respect to others.
· Ability to work efficiently under high pressure situations, maintaining respect and professionalism for others.
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Ability to carry out multiple tasks efficiently and provide attention to detail.
· Competent computer skills, including the ability to utilize applications and software provided by Herbst Homes, whether on a smart phone, tablet, or computer.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
· Drafting, 2 Years minimum
· 5 days per week, weekend availability required.
· Work Location: Office with field visits

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
