JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using various CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of drafting principles, construction methods, and construction design. The Drafter will collaborate with project managers and sales personnel to ensure that designs meet project specifications and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Chief Architect
• Strong understanding of construction design principles and construction methods.
• Experience in drafting schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
