Job Experience:
2+ years previous experience with AutoCAD (release 14 and later) as a CAD drafter in the engineering field and must be able to demonstrate CAD skills to the Mangan CAD supervisor.

High School or equivalent

Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team. Must understand and apply all client and Mangan safety policies. Must have superior CAD skills and outstanding work ethic or must have been recommended for the position by someone respected in the engineering industry.
Technical Capabilities:

In addition to the capabilities of a CAD Draftsperson,

• Under direction of E&I Design Lead, participates in the creation of E&I design deliverables using AutoCAD; including control panel bills of material, control panel layout and wiring diagrams, and conduit & cable schedules.
• Under direction of E&I Design Lead, participates in the creation of electrical power distribution design packages; including site plot plan layouts, single line diagrams, distribution panel layout diagrams, conduit and cable schedules, and miscellaneous electrical details.
• Be able to use “OSNAP” spacing for cosmetic and drawing clarity.
• Be aware of Mangan and client standards and use them consistently.
• Be able to communicate well with Mangan CAD and Design/Engineering staff.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
• Be able to self-check and correct mistakes before internal QA/QC check.
• Basic Understanding of Microsoft Excel.
