OVERVIEW

The CAD Engineer is responsible for programming equipment in order to efficiently increase and improve production of custom cabinetry to meet customers’ specific orders per business unit, including Retail, Builder, and Commercial accounts. CAD Engineers design, develop, test, and maintain tools and systems used for computer-aided design processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years’ previous Cabinet Vision experience is required.
  • Experience in the cabinetry industry.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Cabinet Vision Designer/Engineer.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, engineering, math, and materials.
  • Previous experience in the custom cabinetry industry.
