JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior professional looking to establish a career in the construction industry. We, Canadoo Enterprises Inc., are Greater Vancouver-based general contractor providing quality services in new home, residential and commercial renovation, offices and restaurants.
In this role, as a CAD Operator / Interior Designer, you will create a conception design, drawing and material specification on assigned new and renovation projects. Our ideal candidate must be a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Solid knowledge/experience in interior design and furnishings
• Proficient with AutoCAD, sketch-up and associated rendering plug-ins
• Certificate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field is an asset
• Understanding Japanese culture is an asset
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) advanced in Japanese (spoken) is an asset
• Currently living in Greater Vancouver area with valid Work VISA, PR Status or Canadian citizenship
  Job Types: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
  Pay: $48,000-$60,000 per year (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
  Schedule: 8 hours shift, Monday to Friday
  Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  Licence/Certification: BC Driver’s License (preferred)
