Description

We’re looking for CAD piping designers, on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis. Are you looking for a role that lets you truly show your capabilities? Look no further! (If you don’t have experience yet, please check out our junior positions!)

This position is intended for those who have:

  • 3+ years’ experience, primarily in energy-focused projects
  • Successful completion of an Engineering Design & Drafting Technology (EDDT) 2 year course (or equivalent) is normally required, particularly for those with less than 5 years’ experience, but Industry experience or equivalent training will also be considered on a case by case basis.

This is a hands-on CAD design role that requires strongly developed software skill-sets, and a wide range of functional design knowledge.

You should apply if you are looking for a career that:

  • Is fast paced, challenging, and requires highly developed communications abilities
  • Requires independent thought and continuous learning
  • Offers the opportunity to grow and adapt with us to the evolving world of energy and carbon storage projects
  • Offers opportunities to contribute ideas and value at every level of experience
  • Demands a high level of personal accountability and responsibility
  • Allows you to work with one of the best teams in the energy industry
  • Allows you the opportunity to grow and become expert in CAD Design and design leadership skills

Gas Liquids Engineering (GLE) has an industry-leading design team, and we are extremely selective in our hiring practices. Only the very best applicants will be contacted for a follow-up. Ability to work from home one day a week is offered post-probationary period
GLE is an innovative, multi-discipline EPCM company specializing in energy projects worldwide. We’re flexible, and have a strong family-oriented culture of integrity and accountability. Come join our team and help us provide the energy the world needs, today and tomorrow.
We thank all applicants in advance; however only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
