The team has made history before and is out to make it again with a long-term mission to evolve and return to the front of the grid. Job Description CAD Systems Specialist Are you a CAD expert ready to drive digital transformation at the cutting edge of motorsport engineering? We are looking for a talented and technically driven CAD Systems Specialist to join our PLM team. Qualifications What we're looking for Proven experience leading CAD implementations, ideally with Siemens NX Deep understanding of NX and CAD–CAE–CAM workflows Hands-on experience in NX configuration Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions Experience with systems integration, data migration, and enterprise IT environments Proficiency in coding, with knowledge of Python, C#, or Java Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement programmes Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving ability What we offer A fast-paced, high-performance environment where your expertise will make a genuine difference. You will be part of a collaborative PLM team that values joined-up thinking, technical excellence, and continuous development. If you are ready to bring your CAD expertise to one of the most exciting environments in motorsport, we would love to hear from you.
