We are looking for a talented and experienced CAD Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Civil Designer or CAD Manager with strong expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The CAD Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing design efficiency, ensuring consistency in project deliverables, and driving the adoption of best practices across our organization, ultimately supporting our commitment to high-quality service and innovation for clients.
In this role, you will manage AutoCAD standards and workspaces across multiple states, with a primary focus on Civil 3D. You will be instrumental in establishing and implementing standards and workflows for modeling and plan/production organization-wide. This includes developing and maintaining standards for various public agencies, such as departments of transportation (DOTs) and other public clients. Additionally, you will train and mentor CAD users on core application skills and standards. As the CAD Systems Manager, you will also assess workflows, recommend process improvements, and work closely with IT to upgrade and maintain Autodesk Products and Add-ins.
