YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Technical educational background .
  • In-depth knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, CATIA) and their tools, features, and functions.
  • Professional experience as a CAD Specialist or Designer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Previous technical support experience not mandatory, but welcomed.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide appropriate solutions to the software issues faced by the customers.
  • Troubleshoot with minimum assistance.
  • Make effective decisions to have fast solutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time.
  • Identify and resolve hot escalations.
  • Provide 1st level technical phone support.
  • Ensure the fault is completely rectified andt it does not appear in the future by providing correct feedback to customers.
  • Communicate with customers providing periodic follow-up to match expectations.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
