CAD Technical Support Engineer - Halstead
To provide technical and spares sales support to customers.
General Pneumatic or Electrical Product Systems understanding (ideally door systems).
3D CAD Software experience - Solid Works preferred (or similar).
Computer System experience - Office 365/MS Office Suite or similar.
Good communication skills, including telephone & written to liaise effectively with all.
High level of numeric and literacy skills.
Ability to multi-task, be flexible in working hours and practices.
Attention to detail and compliance with established procedures and processes.
Time management and ability to prioritise with limited supervision.
Willingness to travel to support projects/customers/training (primarily UK & Ireland, possibly worldwide.
Health & Safety awareness and good housekeeping.

Experience:

• General Pneumatic or Electrical Product Systems: 1 year (preferred)
• Solidworks: 1 year (required)
• CAD: 1 year (preferred)
