WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated and organised CAD technician to join our Project Team, based at our Goole depot. This appointment will report directly to the Senior Projects Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Qualified to A-Level standard.
• Good level of 2D AutoCAD experience.
• Valid Full UK driving license.
• Experience with 3D AutoCAD would be advantageous.
• Previous experience of transportation would be advantageous.
• Understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of route planning and logistics industry would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with planning applications and processes would be advantageous.

• Carrying out SPA (Swept Path Analysis) via our AutoCAD software.

• Assessing and reviewing loading and transport methods using CAD.

• Producing route assessment, project reports and CAD drawings.
• Communicating directly with the projects team, clients, contractors and colleagues
